The Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS) is a set of tools allowing businesses to mature into a healthier enterprise from building traction and outlining a shared vision.
At BrandView, we implemented EOS 4 months ago and it’s been a huge difference-maker for us. The system makes it very clear that entrepreneurs need to establish the goals they are working towards, to focus on them, and to put the right people in the right places.
As a business owner, you can envision a lot of things, but if you don’t have traction and the right people in the right places to execute, you’re just hallucinating.
Reading the book Traction and implementing the EOS system has helped us so far to plan our 1, 3 and 5-year goals for both our companies on a single page. And that framework is called the vision traction organizer (VTO) which I will discuss in my next post.
